Return Procedure:
If you would like to return or exchange any items, please email hello@mimandbell.com.
Return Policy:
*No refunds for any items bought during sale periods. Exchange or store credit only.
As much as we would love for you to love your order, we understand that under some circumstances mistakes can happen! We are happy to offer an exchange or full item refund, as long as the returned item meet our return requirements:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned to us in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed). Items will not be eligible for return if swing tags, mim and bell sashes or main labels are removed from the garment, and are considered a visible sign of wear.
- Items with visible wear stains, such as sweat marks, makeup or fake tan, food and drink stains or dirt will not be eligible for exchange or return.
Mim and Bell reserve the right to reject items that do not meet the criteria for return. Items that are rejected for refund or exchange will be sent back to the sender at their cost.
Domestic Orders (Australia)
For all Australian returns, a $10 return shipping fee applies.
Once your return request is approved, we will email you a pre-paid return label to use for your parcel. The $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
International Orders
For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging return shipping via their local postal or courier service.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address to send your parcel back to us.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Please note, Mim and Bell are not liable for damage or loss of items in return exchange. By placing an order with us, you are responsible for all shipping fees, duties and taxes and the cost of return shipping.
Please note, sold out items will not be eligible for exchange, but will be eligible for refund.
